User Data Deletion Instructions

• If you can sign in, identify the Rajlav AI account and business workspace involved. If you are a workspace member, ask an owner or administrator to submit a request for business records.
• If the request concerns WhatsApp, disconnect the integration from Rajlav AI if you want the workspace to stop using it. You may also need to remove or revoke Rajlav AI access from the relevant Meta business settings.
• Email support@rajlav.co.in and state whether you are requesting deletion of an account, a business workspace, connected Meta/WhatsApp information, or customer data.
• Include the account email and workspace name needed to locate the request. Do not include passwords, access tokens, app secrets, PINs, or full payment details.
• We may ask for reasonable verification or confirmation that you are authorized to request deletion for the business. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.

Depending on your authority and the request, we can review account information, business profile and configuration records, knowledge sources, customer and lead records, conversations, appointment and follow-up records, and integration references held in the Rajlav AI workspace.

Some records may be retained where needed for security, service recovery, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Backups and recovery copies may persist under operational processes and are not immediately changed by a deletion request. We do not specify a deletion timeframe here.

Disconnecting WhatsApp in Rajlav AI stops use of the connection by the workspace, but does not itself revoke the app's access in Meta or delete existing Rajlav AI conversations. To request deletion of stored data, email support@rajlav.co.in.
