Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation through the billing controls available in your Rajlav AI account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, your subscription remains active and access continues through the paid-through date shown in your account. It will not renew after the scheduled cancellation takes effect.

If your account shows that cancellation is already scheduled, you do not need to submit another cancellation request.

Cancellation stops future renewal when it takes effect; it does not automatically reverse a payment already completed. If you believe a charge is incorrect or want a payment reviewed, contact Rajlav AI with the account email, approximate charge date, and a brief description. Do not send full card, bank, or payment credentials.

Refund requests, where applicable, are reviewed according to the applicable plan, payment circumstances, and governing terms. No automatic refund period or outcome is promised. Do not email full card, bank, or payment credentials.

Plan prices, billing intervals, and any trial terms are shown on the Pricing page and during signup or checkout. A trial does not imply that a paid subscription has been activated.
