Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rajlav AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.

Rajlav AI provides a workspace for business customer conversations, Website Chat, AI-assisted responses, lead organization, follow-ups, appointments, and supported integrations. Features and channel availability can change. Website Chat is available; WhatsApp is currently in controlled Early Access. Other channels may be identified as coming soon and are not available unless released.

• Keep login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized account access.
• Limit workspace access to people authorized by your business and use the available roles appropriately.
• Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit business information and customer data to Rajlav AI and connected providers.
• Review configured knowledge, services, availability, AI behavior, and customer-facing messages for accuracy.

You may not use Rajlav AI to violate law or third-party rights, send unlawful or unauthorized communications, misuse customer information, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or submit malicious content. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect users and the service.

AI responses and extracted information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Rajlav AI does not guarantee that an AI response is correct or that every enquiry, lead, or appointment will be captured. You are responsible for reviewing business configuration, monitoring customer interactions, and deciding whether to rely on or act on AI-generated content.

Use of Meta, WhatsApp, payment services, AI providers, and other integrations is subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions, account access, notices, and consents required for your use of those services. Third-party services may be unavailable or change independently of Rajlav AI.

Disconnecting an integration in Rajlav AI may stop Rajlav AI from using that connection, but may not revoke access in the third-party account or remove records already stored in your workspace.

Available plans, prices, billing intervals, and included limits are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout. New accounts may be offered a 14-day trial as shown at signup. Paid subscriptions recur on the selected billing interval unless cancelled or otherwise ended.

Payments are processed through the payment provider presented during checkout. The payment provider may apply its own terms. Your subscription state and plan access are managed by Rajlav AI based on confirmed billing information.

You may request subscription cancellation through the billing controls available in your account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, access remains available through the stored paid-through date, and the subscription does not renew after the scheduled cancellation takes effect. Cancellation does not itself reverse a payment already made.

We work to keep Rajlav AI available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security issues, or other circumstances may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features, with notice where reasonably appropriate.

Rajlav AI and its software, branding, and materials are owned by Rajlav AI or its licensors. You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant Rajlav AI permission to host, process, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You are responsible for your own privacy notices and legal obligations when collecting or processing customer information through the service.

You may stop using Rajlav AI and close your account through the available account process or by contacting us. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to other users or the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rajlav AI is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Rajlav AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, email support@rajlav.co.in.
